Can I pick up my order from the store myself?

How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you'll find its status under "My Orders" in the app, and you can follow the delivery live until it reaches you.
What payment methods are available?
For delivery orders, you can pay cash on delivery, from your wallet balance, or online.
Online payment is available through: Edfali, MobiCash, Yusr Online, Bank card, SmartPay, OnePay, Masrifi Pay, Sadad, Sahara Pay.
For store pickup orders, you can pay from your wallet balance or online; cash isn't available for pickup.
Digital Services such as top-up cards are paid online or from your wallet balance.
